Where a company’s own address is outside Estonia, the Commercial Register requires a contact person in Estonia. We act as that contact person, and your company may use our address in the centre of Tallinn as its registered address. All three together are one fixed fee: €100 a year.

Annual fee — all three services
For an existing company, the Estonian State charges its own fee of €25 to register the contact person. You pay that to the state, not to us.
Twelve-month term, renewing unless either side gives notice. JusTrust OÜ is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added to the €100. Full terms.
Contact Person Estonia is a trading name of JusTrust OÜ, a service provider licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit. One fee covers the three things an Estonian company with a foreign board actually needs to stay compliant with the Commercial Register.

Three steps. The middle one is required by law and we cannot shorten it for anyone.
Write to us with the company name and registry code, or tell us that you are about to form one. We confirm whether we can accept the company and which documents we need. The fee is €100 a year.
We are an obliged entity under the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act. Before we can act for you we identify and verify your company, its board members, its shareholders and its beneficial owners, and screen them against sanctions and PEP sources. The same statutory framework applies to every client, irrespective of the fee paid; the scope and intensity of the measures may vary with the risk profile, as the law requires.
We are entered in the Commercial Register as your contact person and your company’s registered address is set to ours. The term runs twelve months and renews unless either side gives notice.
The first three are what the annual fee buys — everything below them is optional and not required for the €100 package. The rest are quoted separately, and are provided by the same group of companies.
