Monthly bookkeeping for Estonian companies, from €19 a month while the company is dormant — €49 once it is trading. Your fee is set by whichever is larger, your transaction volume or your turnover, so a quiet company pays a quiet company’s price.

What you need

Monthly transactions

Bank and card movements, sales invoices and salaries, counted together. Most new companies land between 20 and 60.

Annual turnover (net sales)

Accrual-based net sales over a trailing twelve months.

What is and is not included

Included in the monthly fee: bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, the monthly VAT return (KMD) where the company is VAT-registered, and your profit-and-loss and balance sheet.

Charged separately: the annual report (majandusaasta aruanne), corrections to periods closed before we took over, and one-off advice. We quote those before doing them, never after.

Annual filing only — for dormant or non-VAT companies that need one filing a year rather than monthly bookkeeping — starts at €99 a year for a company with no activity, and includes the annual report. Switch the calculator above to see your own figure.
